Booking process
Here you can find a step-by-step explanation of the booking process.Stap 1: Information
Have you chosen a ship of our fleet for your vacation or do you already have a destination in mind? You can contact us by calling or via our booking form. We will check immediately if there is any vacation available that meet your requirements. (For any other question about our ships and trips you can contact us via our contact form).
Stap 2: Booking
The accommodation on board is available and you want to book. You will get en e-mail with a more-detailed booking form where some boxes are already have been filled in. You just need to add your personal data and agree to the terms and conditions before sending.
Stap 3: Payment
You will receive an invoice. After you have made a down payment your booking will be definite. After that you will receive all travel documents. The travel documents include detailed information about the ship, the route, the harbors and pier information where you can go on board. They also include the personal data of the captain which only should be used in case of an emergency. One working day before the beginning of the journey the whole amount of the trip must have been paid.
Stap 4: Bon voyage!
The captain is expecting you: let the adventure begin!
Last minute boekingen
If you want to book within 24 hours before the beginning of the journey or even on the day of the journey itself it is possible to pay the whole amount directly on board. You need to pay the whole amount in cash, because it is not possible to pay on board with an EC- or credit card. After booking you will receive an invoice with the annotation „amount due on board“. This is only possible after having talked to us in advance so that we can inform the captain in charge.
If you determine the trip length or the destination yourself we will either try to get you the perfect ship for this period of time or one which is traveling to the destination of your dreams.
